Randima Alahapperuma
Randima Alahapperuma brings over 17 years of diverse and dynamic experience in human resource management, spanning both Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. As a seasoned HR professional, Randima has played a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, driving organizational change, and building high-performing HR functions across various industries.
Her career journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence in HR practices, with expertise ranging from talent acquisition and development to employee relations, performance management, and strategic workforce planning. With an analytical mindset and a people-centric approach, Randima has consistently delivered impactful solutions that align HR initiatives with business goals.
Randima holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and a bachelor of science in human resource management (special) with second class upper honors from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She also holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HRM from Avado (UK) and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD).
